Hi, I’m RAMEN KAONASHI.
I am a full-time ramen chef and my hometown is in Kyoto, Japan. I have been working as a ramen chef in Japan and Southeast Asia for over 10 years.
I created this channel to share with everyone how to make authentic Japanese Ramen, and my own original ramen recipes. I love to experiment and try not to use MSG in my recipes because I am constantly looking for new ingredients to create umami flavours for my ramen.
