ABOUT RAMEN KAONASHI

Hi, I’m Ramen Kaonashi.

I am a full-time ramen chef and I come from Kyoto, Japan. I have been working as a ramen chef in Japan and Southeast Asia for over 10 years.

This channel is created to share with you how to make authentic Japanese Ramen using my own original ramen recipes. I love to experiment and try not to use MSG in my recipes because I am constantly looking for new ingredients to create umami flavours for my ramen.
